To promote "eco" awareness and encourage innovative ideas among Hong Kong youth, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd will organise the "Eco Slogan Design Competition" on the occasion of the Eco Expo Asia – Int’l Trade Fair on Environmental Protection 2009. This competition aims to promote the message of "I love green Hong Kong" and to encourage students to turn waste materials into eco-friendly art pieces with their creativities.

Participants will be invited to attend the activites at the opening ceremony and award presentation on 28 October. Winning and finalist pieces will be displayed at the Eco Expo Asia during 28-31 October.
